Capital Defense Instruction LLC is coming to Oxford, Pennsylvania to conduct a private Utah Concealed Firearm Permit Course. The Utah Concealed Firearm Permit is highly sought after because it is valid in 30+ states.

Course Cost: This 4 hour all classroom based course is only $149 per person. Pre-registration is required to secure your place is the course. Day of course walk-in is $189 per person but there is no guarantee that seats will still be available. Register today so you do not get turned away from attending this popular course.

Note for Pennsylvania Residents: No existing permit is needed to take this course. However, you will need a Pennsylvania permit, if you want to carry a firearm concealed in your home state of Pennsylvania. Concealed carry licenses issued to either nonresidents of Utah or individuals under the age of 21 are not recognized by Pennsylvania. Utah offers a "Standard" permit (21 or older) and a "Provisional" permit (for 18 to 20 year olds). You have one year from the course date to make sure your application is submitted to the State of Utah.

Topics covered: Handgun safety rules, handgun parts and operations, ammunition types and components, fundamentals of shooting, safe firearm handling, concealed carry options, firearms selection considerations, U.S. federal regulations, practical and legal considerations and much more. You do NOT need to bring a firearm to this course because live-fire is not required nor do you have to have any previous experience. This course is all classroom based. Complementary fingerprinting service and passport photo processing for the Utah CFP application submission is provided for individuals that arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Refund and late arrival policy: There are no refunds given unless course is cancelled by Capital Defense Instruction LLC. Due to limited seating, preregistration and prepayment is recommended to secure your seat in this popular course. Failure to attend scheduled course you've enrolled in forfeits any money paid. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for complementary fingerprinting service and passport photo processing. Students arriving late will not be admitted into the class. So please allow yourself extra travel time and don't be late.

If you were born outside of the U.S. and are currently a U.S. citizen you must include ONE of the following documents with your application:
