If you are redeeming a voucher or gift certificate for a course, please visit our training schedule page and determine two (2) possible course dates that you could attend.
Please submit a preferred course date, as well as an alternate course date. We will do our best to accommodate your first preference.
If you are redeeming a voucher or certificate for RANGE INSTRUCTION, please visit the private lessons page and follow the directions. Please make sure you submit your voucher or gift certificate number in the comment section when scheduling your time for range instruction.
REDEEMING YOUR VOUCHER IS EASY AS
After selecting two possible course dates that you could attend, submit your request to redeem your voucher or gift certificate.
Please pay attention to your voucher’s expiration date as you must have requested to attend a CCW course before your voucher expires. Expired vouchers will be honored, however, you will be charged a $49 administrative fee.
SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST TO REDEEM VOUCHER HERE:
-You will select two (2) choices for CCW course dates that you could attend. Theses dates must be different. Forms submitted with the same date listed for both preferred and alternate date will not be processed.
-All efforts will be made to honor your first course date choice. Seat request are not guaranteed and subject to availability; filled on a first come, first serve basis.
-Please do not register multiple persons or multiple voucher numbers on the same course request form.
-Please be advised that your failure to attend your scheduled course will forfeit any monies paid or any voucher submitted for redemption.
Within 3-5 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Capital Defense Instruction, LLC advising you of your enrollment status.
